It has been a long time since I've posted anything, and when I did it was on my old blog, "Inkthoughts," which was started as an art blog and was meant to motivate me to draw more for my Etsy store. Life has been too busy for that lately, and I've since closed up shop. This new blog will be more of a reflection of what life is like right now: thoughts on parenting & marriage; recipes; & of course some good book recommendations. Perhaps there will be the occasional glimpse at some of my new artwork, too. But mostly this blog will be me sharing regular life with you.

ps~ Although I've closed up my Etsy shop for now, I'm still drawing and still have some of my old pen & ink cards & stationary for sale (and am open to doing custom items). Anyone interested can contact me directly.
